All children can gain both social and academic benefits from playing pure skills strategy games. We consider chess to be the world’s greatest strategy game enhancing young minds with forward thinking, mathematical and social skills.

Most children can learn how the different pieces move by a very early age, but to play chess well, you require the ability to handle multidimensional abstract logic as well as exceptional self-regulatory skills.

Most children, though, will gain more benefit – and learn more about chess – through our one to one tuition. Chess is a low cost game which doesn’t have to be done on the school curriculum, and doesn’t even need expensive equipment.

Virtual 1-2-1 Chess Tuition via Zoom

As well as our teaching in schools we now provide private tuition online. This can be on a 1:1 basis or for groups of up to ten children. We connect using Zoom or another platform of your choice.

We provide 2 chess championships for your children or school to enter and plenty of tournaments to improve your chess skills.
